Sounds yummy. I would definitely go with a cooked recipe, though. Uncooked eggs can carry salmonella that passes through the shell.

i watched a recipe at martha stewart and if i liked eggnog, i'd definitely try that.

Yummy eggnog. P didn't even know there was non-alcoholic eggnog!

I have to endure Gluwein (blech) so he has to endure eggnog for me.

Stacey, share the recipe!

I agree, Glühwein was one of the most disgusting drinks I have ever had. I guess you have to grow up with it to appreciate it.

I loves eggnog though. Best tasting snot on the planet. :devil:

I made the nog and it is incredible! I did go with the Alton Brown recipe: He has both the cooked and non cooked version. I didn't cook it.
