1. I sent I-130 for my wife with G325A both has her place of birth incorrect. Should I contact USCIS to correct it or let it go through USCIS and if they ask then correct it? She has her Place of birth on her passport different than what is on I 130 forms which I find out later after sending I-130

2. She was born in Dubai but not living in dubai since 2005. Do they still require police certificate? Case will be in Islamabad Pakistan Embassy.

Gujarkhan,

It is unlikely if you try to correct it now, that you will have any success. Most likely the only option is to wait for an RFE or fix it as part of the DS230. Others would know better than me though.

wat does her birth certificate say? is it issued in Dubai? from the looks of your explanation, it seems that both the passport and birth certificate details match..is that correct?

if this is the case...please contact USCIS at your earliest and send them a letter explaining how this was done by you by accident. dont ignore this as place of birth is an important piece of information in their FBI check. dont invite trouble for later on while filling out DS-230. this will raise eyebrows as to why incorrect info was given on I-130 and why the information doesnt match.
