Is it actually a card or a receipt letter? If it is a receipt letter, then you wait a few months (3-4) for the next letter, telling you they have approved the I-130. Is your husband already in the US?

Based on my limited understanding of your timeline, I think you need to file the I-485 etc for Adjustment of Status for your husband based on your I-130 petition. The I-130 gives him the basis to adjust his status to permanent resident. You could have filed these forms concurrently. You'll need to visit the Adjustment of Status (AOS) forum on this site http://www.visajourney.com/forums/index.php?showforum=7 and read this Guide first http://www.visajourney.com/forums/index.ph...page=i130guide2

This forum is for Removing Conditions, which comes about 2 years later after your husband has his greencard.

Hope this helps!
