Hola my fellow December AOS'ers,

Just wanted to let you know that our check cleared today. I don't have permission to update our spreadsheet...so if someone who does can just plot in today's date for 'Forever Young' as check cashed...that would be GRRREAT!!

Also, how do we register for the USCIS site...is it the same thing we used for the K1??

Thanks and have a wonderful weekend! :luv:

It is the same website you used for the K1, you'll just add another file. However, unlike the K-1, you can't use any of the numbers on the back of your check for tracking...you have to actually wait for the NOAs to arrive. You'll be tracking three different cases once you get them. Congrats on the check cashing!

Thanks...you caught me out there! That's EXACTLLY what I was trying to do with the back of my check! So, I'll just have to wait it out!

Thanks again for the info and the congrats. I feel so silly about getting excited about every accomplished step in this process. But a cashed check is a cashed check...and I for one am grateful that this check cashed! :D

I was hoping for exactly the same thing when our check got cashed. :) That's why I figured you were, too. Don't feel silly about it...this is a huge project for us all! I practically floated to work this morning because our case was transferred. We've moved on to another step and that is reason to celebrate. :)

Hey guys (F)

I do not have access to our spreadsheet...just tried signing on to it thru google spreadsheets (access denied..)

So if somone can update for me as well...that would rock!

Nawal: Check cashed Dec. 17th! (other updates are in thread)

Thanks guys and have a wonderful weekend!!!!

Nawal-your check cashing was already on there

There should be an option at the bottom when it denies you access to request access. Just do that and they should grant it to you. :)

Hi Olesea, added you to our spreadsheet: http://spreadsheets.google.com/pub?key=pdB...5y_sObbeOyugvVg

If you want access to edit it, pm me your email.

To check your online status go here: https://egov.uscis.gov/cris/jsps/login.jsp

Register. After you do it, you can add your cases with the numbers on your NOAs. If you are lucky, they will be online - some people are not able to see their cases online before doing the biometrics...

Aravis, congrats on being transferred with no interview, that's awesome! I know I won't be that lucky, as I didn't come on a K1 visa... ;)

lol...I wouldn't necessarily call K-1 visa lucky. We already had to go through the interview and proving our relationship step. It's not that we get to skip it exactly...it's just that we already did it. :)

Just a suggestion, but would it be useful to have the filing center included on the spreadsheet? :)

I know, I know! It must be difficult to prove a relationship before the marriage and living in different countries!

Btw, just checked my mailbox, got the Biometrics appointment, yay. This is what's so great about this forum - based on the ones before you, you kind of know when you will get your stuff, and it super calms you down!

Notice Date: 12-15; Appointment: 01-02; Location: In Brooklyn, one subway station from my house!
