Well after 6 months waiting and i got RFE...i got an email from Cris yesterday ,it didnt say what it is about...and i have no idea what it could be,maybe the tax for 2008 cos we filed in december...who knows?!Hoping to get it in the mail pretty soon and see whats going on...what in the World????couldn't they send it earlier?they needed 6 months .All i can say USCIS sucks...

Maybe it is medical exam? Is it more than a year after you did it?

no i had my medical at the end of july last year, its not a year...

Who knows might be medical or tax..thats all i can think of...

USCIS resumed my case! It took them more than 2 weeks to resume my case after the first RFE, and now they resumed it in 2 days=)))

I know not too many ppl left in this forum. However, I sent my RFE (after the interview of April 28) more than one month age but did not hear anything from USCIS. Do any of you know what is the next step from USCIS? Is there anything I can do or shall I call the customer service?

If I were you, I would call customer service. Maybe after that I would make an Infopass.

i got the medical RFE.. they say that they dont have it but i included the form I-693 when i sent them...now what?i jhave to have another medical exam?or what should i do?

Thanks Diazy. I made an infopass appointment for Tuesday. The problem is that my local office is in Minneapolis which is 7 hours drive from where I live. I had to take a day off from work for the long drive. Lets see what they have to say. Hope everything goes well.

I have a question. I had several touches after my case was resumed. Three of them are for I485. So when my interview will be scheduled, will I get any e-mail update? Will the status of I485 change?

yeah i just called..some places take over 200$ thats amazing...

i found one for 150$ the cheapest i guess around here..
