Hi All,

I don't know where to ask, because it's more a general question about affidavit of support than about the K3.

My story is, I'm French and live in Ireland, I went on vacations in California, and yes I met My Man, My love.

The problem is : He doesn't work for the moment, so we will wait until he find a job to start to apply for the visa.

But about the affidavit of support, he couldn't provide it or we will have to wait a loooooooooong time before.

My question is do we need it for all the visa? K1 K3 CR1

Many thanks

Lucile

Yeah Lucile in all type of Visas you mentioned, affidavit of support is needed, W2, Income Tax, wage stub and employment certificate. I hope your fiance would get a job soon. Let's pray for that.

Hi Lucile! I think husband will need to focus on getting a job first and then worry about all the rest. Income is one of the most important things to be able to claim someone. Any kind of visa that you goys choose it will be the same, he will need to proof that he can financially take care of you! Which you guys the best and God bless you and your husband.
