Congratulations, it's good to know that december filers are getting something.

My finger Print will be on 1/3/2009 according to USCIS IO. I have not received the letter yet

10/07/09 - Send RFE request doc.

10/14/09 - Touched (RFE request doc. received by USCIS on oct.13th)

10/27/09 - Approved (approval emails received)

11/05/09 - Rec. both NOA2 in mail. called NVC get case # for mom's case and emails regd.

11/06/09 - called NVC get case # for dad's case and emails regd.

11/09/09 - Received my mom's DS3032 & ASO bill via email

11/10/09 - Paid ASO bill $70

11/12/09 - Received my dad's DS3032 & returned Completed DS3032 forms (By email)

11/12/09 - Send Completed paper DS3032 forms (From China)

11/16/09 - Received IV Bills (By email)

11/18/09 - Paid IV Bills ($400 each)

11/24/09 - I864 mailed via Priority mail

I found out from USPS that my application is sitting in Phoenix waiting to be opened. They tell me it is probably in a big bin full of applications and they haven't bothered to open it yet. Anyone sending their application to CSC will have a long wait.

My N-400 case number is working since morning at USCIS web. It states my application was received on 12/4/2008.

8/14/2009 upgarded the I-130 to immedi Reltive

8/25/2009 send I-129F

9/2/2009 NOA1 for I-129f received

9/10/2009 sent expedite request.

9/16/2009 first Touch since 6/27/2008

9/16 129f and I-130 Approved

9/22 Hard copies received

9/23/2009 NVC received my I29f/K3 still waiting for the I130

9/24 I29f sent to embassy

10/05 NVC case number assigned to my I-130

Dec 6 N-400 mailed to CSC (I am in San Jose)

Dec 10 USPS forwarded my mail

Check not cashed, No Receipt notice...

There must be a million applications toCSC!

Please add me to the list and keep each other updated.

USPS tracking says my packet was delivered in VT yesterday on the 22nd. Why was mine not forwarded like everybody else's........any ideas?

I also sent mine to Vermont, although it was not redirected by USPS it was forwarded by Vermont to NBC. I assume yours will be too.

I've been doing some research on this and I think people write Attn:N-400 in the address they send it to whereas I didn't. I just wrote the address which was given on the form thats why they couldn't know it was N-400 inside and it wasn't redirected but it will be after they open it. Can that theory be right? What did you write in your address broma25?
