Denied but case still open

Hello,

I can not find anybody out there asking this question so here goes!

I filed for petition 3/06

recieved interview 11/06

was denied and told the case would stay open and my fiance could request another interview in march 08 in JA. My questions are:

1 Is there anything to do before he goes back, like forms and such?

2 Is there anyone out there that have had to go through the same process and if so how was your experience and did you get approved the second time.

Oh by the way the case was not elligible for appeal so we had to wait, Thanks desperate in GA

It would be helpful to know why you were denied. What reasons did they give you? Not enough evidence of ongoing relationship?

How can u request an interview w/o refiling? did u refile? did u mean in March 09?

Not sure how you can re-interview if you were denied without refiling a petition.

Yes, Kimmy.....exactly what Sus, you, and I were thinking. Eric's not on much though. Mrs. Palmer is the most recent. Although, Nelly said she was filing and it was still open. She had to call to verify what to do next.

Yeah JG..haven't seen or heard from Eric in a ong time..see Nells case is a little dif..she made a request..and to withdraw that request u have to send another request ..but i thought files are opened for a yr and then closed?
