hello VJ`S here we go again in waiting game so this topic for the December approved , am still waiting but just wanted to keep an eye through this month to watch whats going on

I was just wondering, what does the VSC doin other than transferring cases...All the April and May Files were transferred in Early November and most of them were approved by this month with lil of them pending....Eagerly waiting for the June filers to get approved or transferred atleast...

So, hopefully this topic may goes on till the end of December, with all our hopes/happiness/agonies...........

There has been a few approvals among the ones transferred but most of us are still waiting.

02/14/2008 Valentine`s Day Wedding!

AOS

04/09/2008 I-130 sent to Chicago Lockbox

05/03/2008 call to USCIS because NOA1 not received ;( Got the receipt number and was told that we cannot get replacement NOA1.

08/21/2008 request for NOA1 for I-130 to file AOS placed over the phone and forwarded to VSC. Thanks to the first great Rep at USCIS hotline

10/17/2008 Hubby`s B-day, NOA1 for I-130 finally arrives!

10/21/2008 AOS sent to Chicago lockbox

10/31/2008 NOAs for AOS received

11/06/2008 I-130 is transferred to CSC

11/20/2008 biometrics done

12/02/2008 I-130 APPROVED!!!

01/02/2009 EAD received

02/12/2009 Interview APPROVED!!!

02/17/2009 welcome letter received

02/23/2009 GC received!!! yay!!!

11/18/2010 I-751 Sent to VSC

11/22/2010 NOA1

01/07/2011 Early Bio

01/27/2011 Scheduled Bio

05/11/2011 RC approved

05/17/2011 GC received

Naturalization

11/14/2011 Sent package via Priority to Nebraska SC

11/25/2011 NOA made it

Relocated to NE

04/03/2012 Interview passed!!!

04/10/2012 Oath

04/10/2012 New prints required/done

04/14/2012 Received a welcome packet but still no certificate

04/17/2012 Certificate is here!!!!! Dated 04/16/2012 huh????

Not all MAY fillers have been transferred to CSC, some of us are still stuck at VSC. But hope and wait are the only two options we have

CJ-V was approved on 1st of december. dont lose hope, our time is coming. even if cases with later fileing date than his were being approved before his, CJ always sounded optimistinc and encouraged others to be the same. his approval is a very good sign. so dont lose yr optimism, think positive, and will see approval is just around the corner.chins up!

NVC process:

NVC received and assigned case number for both: 18 dec 2008

(break in the process- Lee comes to spend holidays here 22 dec-5th jan 2009)

DS 3032 generated :? ?

DS 3032 sent : 26 dec 2008 (friend sends it, based on how fast Ds-3032 was generated for Sracastillo and others who had same NOA2 date as me-risky, but worked)

received AOS package and IIN number in mail : 29 dec 2008 (same friend picks up mail and sends us the IIN)

pay the AOS bill online: 29 dec 2008

AOS shows as PAID: 30 dec 2008

my husband goes back and bags with our papers get lost : 5th jan 2009

package IV fee bill generated and paid online: 7th jan 2009

recieved bags and papers: 9th jan 2009

sent AOS package: 9th jan 2009

package IV bill shows PAID and sending package IV : 12 jan 2009

case complete: jan 20th

interview march 30th 2009

I129F

NVC mails I129F package to bucharest embasy

up to this day, no package received at embasy here -one more reason to prove in my case I129F was just useless

I am glad we are seeing approvals, When I said holiday season, what I eant was post Dec 20th may be, Christamas Holidays and all, I am not sure that USCIS is going to be working officially or not ( Unofficially they don't work at all:()
