I've searched and searched yet I cannot find on the USCIS site any requirement for submitting this form for a K1 visa. What gives?

Heres what you need to do. The Petitioner, I assume is yourself will file I-129F, Petition for Alien Fiance(e). The beneficary of this I-129F, after it has been approved will then need to file for the K1 Visa.

FWIW.... travel.state.gov is NOT the USCIS website but the Department of State.

No G-325a required for a K-1 visa application issued by the Department of State ....

It is needed when you submit the petition to the USCIS to determine eligibility for the alien fiance(e) to apply in the future for a visa via the Department of State....

YMMV
