Okay well me and my wife filed for advanced parole 2 months ago but then had to get it expedited for reasons of financial loss in her home country. We called for the request on November 20 and they said it would process in 5 days. So on the 27th we received a note on our case file saying "We have sent the document". My question is what is this document they sent? Is it the approved I-131 or is it a notice regarding RFE? Or is it a notice about scheduling an InfoPass to show evidence? It doesn't say anything about what the document is just "The Document". Anyone have an idea?? We had to buy our tickets already for the 16th and need to get this done ASAP so we relieve our stress on this matter. I just want to know if we are not going to receive the AP on time in order to set up an infopass and request an immediate AP. THANKS!!

On the 27th, did you receive a note via mail or email or account online? As I know, if you check your status online and it says that " We have sent the document" it means that it would be I-131. You can view any updates online or in your email that either they sent you an RFE (you will know this right away). Since, you've requested to expedite the process of your I-131 that would be it. Document can be Advance parole document....if it was RFE it will say "RFE" but it says document.... good luck!!!

"Have faith in God, Jesus answered. I'll tell you the truth. if anyone says to this mountain, Go, throw yourself to the sea, and that does not doubt in his heart but believes that what he says will happen. it will be done for him. Therefore I'll tell you, whatever you ask for in prayer, believe that you have received it, and it will be yours" (MARK 11:22-24)

Actually on the 26th, they touched, and i received via email and i looked up on my acc on line, and it says :

The last processing action taken on your case

Receipt Number: LINxxxxxxxxxx

Application Type: I131 , APPLICATION FOR USCIS TRAVEL DOCUMENT

Current Status: Document mailed to applicant.

On November 26, 2008 we mailed the document to the address we have on file. You should receive the new document within 30 days. If you do not, or if you move before you get it, call customer service.

So does it mean they have sent me my AP on the 26th Nov? and yes it didnt say anything about RFE

and they touched again on the 27th Nov....

Well thank you for the Info, yeah i hope i will have that AP today....

Good Luck to you too
