Hi! I am wondering if you need to have your social security number before you file adjustment of status and employment authorization? I would like to send in my adjustment forms, but am waiting for my social security number. Do I need the number on those forms? I have noticed that on some of the forms it says social security number (if any). Thanks for your help!

No you do not need to wait for your SSN just put NONE where it asks for the number.
