Is this anti-TOS spamming? I'm looking for an opinion from the moderating team.

please make it stop :P

I have to believe it isn't against TOS if it continues despite the repeated reports.

In which case, you oughta just suck it up Marilyn!

Wow. That's insane. I just hope Obama can do something about these kinds of things when he's president.

Touché.

Man is made by his belief. As he believes, so he is.

I'd say it's a part of spamming from a mal-function brain.

i agree. he's always doing something inappropriate. he's moved from being highly insulting and inflammatory to spamming, great.

so which is the lesser of two evils?

For the record, I blanked out the name of the poster. This is not directed at anyone particular. I am simply wondering if conduct like this constitutes anti-TOS spamming.

sorry, i don't want to get you into trouble. ;)

i don't see anything in the tos about spamming? am i being blind?

i guess it could fall under this..?

Make comments in a Post either direct or implied toward another member that are purposely designed to upset, antagonize, make fun of, belittle, or otherwise instigate an argument that takes away from the personal enjoyment of the Service by other users.

while spamming isn't specifically covered in the tos, it would probably fall under this:

• Restrict or inhibit any other user from using and enjoying the Forums.
