May 19, 2009 Interview Day @ 11:00 am - PASSED!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

May 20, 2009 Picked up VISA

June 26, 2009 Prince flies to America, arrives to JFK - exactly 18 months from the day we met!!

The Journey through AOS:

May 05, 2010 - mailed I-485

May 11, 2010 - text message stating application received

May 13, 2010 - NOA1 for AOS

May 17, 2010 - Biometrics letter rec'd

June 10, 2010 - Biometrics appt

August 03, 2010 - AOS @10:45 am - "conditional" approval pending corrected medical form by Civil Surgeon

Sept 8, 2010 - AOS Approved for 10 year Greencard!!!

Dont mention it, prayer is @ hand . duas

Abruptio is much more severe than previa. Inshallah she be ok with relaxation. Hi risk antepartum was my specialty for 8 yrs until 2000. ive seen more good outcomes than bad !! Even if she make it 24-26 weeks the pregnancy will be viable.

august 2004 I-129 filed (neb)

DEC 2004 Approved

interview: SEOUL

MArch 21st , 2005AR for special security clearance,washington

May 18th tranfer case from Seoul to Islammabad

June 21st security clearance done

June 28th online at the embassy in Islamabad

waiting for paper transfer and the good word

OCTOBER 14TH 2005 Interview Number 2: ISLAMABAD, PK

AR number 2 sent to DOS per Islamabad (2 cable request)

Nov 22 okd updated financial and etc proof accepted / embassy waiting for security cables

dec 20th one cable back waiting on 2nd

Jan 17th.. good word recieved. SECURITY CHECKS ALL CLEAR!!! DOS says embassy to contact him within two weeks!!!!!!

FEBRUARY 10th, 2006 VISA RECIEVED!!! They called him In via phone, stamped his passort and sent him on his way!!!

FEB 28th WELCOME HOME>>>POE CHICAGO did not even look at xray, few questions. one hour wait at Poe

march 10th marriage (nikkah at the islamic center)

aug 2006 AOS interview, cond 2 yr GC arrived september

June 2008 applied for removal of conditions on permant residency aka awaiting for 10 yr greencard

Dec 2008 10yr green card approved, no interview.

I am taking one day at a time. I just wish the girl were in the hospital on bed rest. That would make me feel a whole lot better than her being out running all over the place!

07/21/11 filed AOS off tourist visa

07/28/11 USCIS cashed check

07/30/11 Recieved NOA1 and Biometrics letter

08/24/2011 Biometrics

08/25/2011 RFE sent to us for some info we've already sent in

08/30/2011 sent in the rest of info USCIS asked for

09/13/2011 went to congressman's office to sign papers for expedite of work permit, due to financial hardship

09/15/2011 Work permit expedite approved!! He can finally find a job!

09/24/2011 work permit arrives

09/26/2011 Apply for social security number!

09/30/2011 Letter is sent for interview

11/07/2011 INTERVIEW!!!

Its 2012 and still no approval! Still waiting

01/27/2012 Letter sent stating that file was sent on for more review :(

Prayers for you and your family turia.

I was just thinking randomly about my experience with my son, earlier today. Now I know why...maybe I can share some hope :)

He was born on the grow chart at 0% at a whopping 3lbs 12 onces. He stayed in the NICU for 2 weeks.

I was then working with young adults with CP, and many other nuerological disorders; many were born prematurely. So, I imagined all worse case senarios, and long term effects.

Forward 5 years and he is big for his age and as healthy as a horse. No problems whatsoever! YOu would NEVER guess that he met the world underwieght and early. :)

Timeline: 13 month long journey from filing to visa in hand

If you were lucky and got an approval and reunion with your loved one rather quickly; Please refrain from telling people who waited 6+ months just to get out of a service center to "chill out" or to "stop whining" It's insensitive,and unecessary. Once you walk a mile in their shoes you will understand and be heard.

I just want to thank everyone for their prayers. Each day that passes by and she has no trouble gets us closer to her due date, or at least a safe date for the baby's sake. It means the world to me that you all are saying these prayers!

why is she not in bed.... Its easy in retrospect to see what a dangerous situation this is not only for the baby but for the mother herself:( my thoughts are wish you and the mom and baby

02/03/2008 2 weeks more of waiting.... Visa in hand...... :)

Water I wish I knew why! The doctors around here are not what i call real trust worthy. The first sign of preterm labor with me, the doctor had me on bedrest immediatly.

Can she go on bedrest? Is she working? She really needs to be on bedrest and getting as much sleep and relaxation as she can
