I called NVC today and they really said that they did not yet receive the AOS form for me but receive the biographic form which is the DS-230, but when

I checked also the case number of my daughter, on her case the AVR says documents were received it did not says that its awaiting for AOS form for my daughter. Im confused.. our atty send both docs same date and why is my daughter's(10y.o.) case didnt mention that its awaiting for her AOS form.Please help me
