Would the signed copy of DS-3032 work

If I can have my spouse sign and fax me the form, I than will affix the barcode and send it to NVC would that be acceptble?

yes fax to them let them sign, then they fax back to u add the case number and send

or they can print at their location, sign and fax to you then u add the number, send

I believe that the signature must be an original signature. I'd suggest having your spouce send it to you via DHL or another carrier.

I had an original signature on the one I sent. Maybe you can hear from someone who faxed it in to be certain.

it doesnt have to be orig, i did this fax way and it worked fine, also let them send the email also saying same thing, but it will take forever to get a reply (actually i have known few that if they can sign similar they just signed for the person and sent) but ahmeds signature was so crazy i didnt want to try

I signed for my parents everytime i didnt want to show them grades from school but had to show their signature in my grades notebook to teachers. so....she scans her signature, emails it. u print it. (has to be the perfect font size to copy it). u place the paper with the signature on a glass with a light under, or on the window in daytime, with good light. u place the document on top, it becomes see-through. u copy her signature. perfection....(just do it by a single hand movement, without shaking)

dont worry, I had to mail the police record and certified copies of marriage and birth certificate, so to add the documents I have to sign in the package was just logical thing to do. but if wouldnt be the case, and wed want to gain time, Id teach my husband the glass trick, isnt like they are going to analise the ink on signature see if is romanian. and if u think about it, i email it anyways, is almost like faxing. he isnt fake-ing it, hes just copying it by hand, not by fax machine. should be able to electronicaly sign anyways, considering is immigration form, which means from al around the world.

I would advise against doing what some people here are recommending when it comes to forging signatures. Although you are unlikely to get caught, forging a signature on a petition is serious and could get you in a lot of trouble. Also, signatures on all immigration documents are supposed to be originals. Sometimes they may not notice if the signature on the DS3032 is original; however, if they do notice, it could slow down your case by weeks and subject your case to additional scrutiny. I would advise you either email it or send an original or both (which is what I did).

You do not need an original Signature on a DS-3032. I called NVC on this. Fax or e-mail is fine.. I used e-mail as it was so simple. Good luck, elkfarmer

I completely agree with Zayd. You could cause yourself a great amonunt of difficulty by doing anything fraudulant - which is exactly what forging a signature would be. We all want this process to move along as quickly as possible but don't open yourself up to unnecessary delays and possibly worse by taking such shortcuts. Do everything honestly and it will all work out. E-mail or fax the form and then you can follow up with an oroginal signed copy by your spouse as well. Good luck.
