can anyone pls let me know how to find out if an application has been "touched"

i mean how do you find out if an application has been "touched" do you call or write the center?

In order to do the following you must have a receipt number from the USCIS.

Go to USCIS.GOV and click on Case Status Online. Then click on Case Status Search where you will then see a box that reads Application Receipt Number. Enter that number in this box and this should get you something.

if you have an account on the uscis website for your reciept number, you can see the "last updated" date change from time to time.. it just means someone did something to your file...maybe they took it off the shelf and used it to level a desk...maybe they opened it and started to review it...you never know, but its something to obsess over and check on insesently until you are approved lol
