EXP 07 NOV 2008A <---- this should be about one day before the NVC tells you it left.

Below in the "shipment pick up date range" put the day NVC told you it left as start and finish.

You may need to play with these dates a bit but that is what normally works.

This is just my guess work. But I think its "Express 07th November"

not sure what EXP stands for as it's DHL's standard for tracking these petitions and not a VJ or gov't term... someone just happened to figure it out last year. Express sounds about right to me th o. ;)

The 07 is the day of the month in which the petition was shipped (or the day before as stated above)
