Congratulation to you abspear I know its a long wait for you, I just wanna ask how will the Embassy will contact you if you ask the help of the senator or congressman, because were planning to ask the help of the senator. thank you in advance

09/27/2010 - Receive Hard Copy in the Mail (EAD,AP,AOS)

10/13/2010 - RFE on my I-485( waiting the letter on the mail )

10/18/2010 - Biometrics Appointment (touch AOS, EAD at the same day )

10/22/2010 - Sent RFE

10/26/2010 - Touch ( received RFE Under review )

Got a good news this week the embassy said the AR for my case has been done and they said my marriage is valid inspite of some technicalities from my marriage license. WE are just waiting for the result.

Hi abspears. Im happy for the good news you got:) I wanna ask, did you call US embassy about it? What number did you call? I want to know the status of my visa, which number should I call? Thanks sis:)

My waiting isn't over yet. I still have to for the decision wether i am approve or not.. hehehe

The USEM didn't contact me either, they just told my husband that they received a letter from the congressman corcerning my case when he called them. We also sent a mail to the senator but we got no reply until now from him unlike the congressman he replied right away..

Girl, I'm happy for you!!! I have read also that StephnRia will receive her visa soon....

See, your marriage is VALID... that's what I told you :)

thanks sis, My husband called them once a week i just called them once 301-2000 press 8 and asked for Grace or Lorraine. But nowadays dapat raw sa call center na tumawag..Hubby mo na lang patawagin mo sa USEM to check your status.. Goodluck

Congrats Friend!!! So glad your marriage is valid... I too believed your marriage was valid! Hope we leave together in one airplane. :) mmmmwwwwwaaaaaa!! GOD BLESS AND TAKE CARE. Best gift God can give us for Christmas is our visa.... yea!!! Fingers crossed. GOD be with us all the time.
