Yes thanks Rocks that got a response not at all what I was expecting of a lawyer .But mention that bar and it may have not been 5 minutes but it was frantic.Time line coming LOVE ;D

you finally got a reply from him?

I sent him an email telling him to pull his finger out of his proverbial and that if not he can send us back the money we paid him and we would be filing a complaint with the state bar.

He called my US fiance in a frenzy! Apparently his conduct on the phone was most undesirable but at least we got a result hehe!

Anyway soon as we get back our response from the USCIS we will begin posting our timelines. About damn time!!!!
