Hi everyone,

I was thinking that If the people got white paper without any explanations which they are in a thousands each year in all Consulates. we can start "Class Action Lawsuits".

I really don't want other people in future go through this anymore. We all American and deserve to be treated fair.

We may able to change the unfair treatment of all consulates, denying people without given any reasons.

I will ask my attorney If we have enough people or If we have an attorneys here.

Thanks

What happened? Did they deny your case? For what reason?

I am sorry to hear that if this is the case.

The case was denied for a material misrepresentation. Generally, visas are not issued under those circumstances and lawyers can do little to fix the damage after the fact.

The petition was approved. It's the visa that was denied.

Hi,

We were given white paper 'Bona fide relationship" which is nonsnse.

I have been in China two times and we have more than 1000 emails, almost daily phone calls, post cards and pictures, they did not wanted to see anything. I guess they decided to deny her before the interview.

Thanks!

In another forum you mentioned the white paper featured a code for misrepresentation.

Ramin, what most people don't realize is that the measures put in place at these embassies to deny visas for misrepresentation or lack of proof is for the benefit of all Americans. It is to prevent immigration fraud and unnecessary burdens on our social services and economy. Unfortunately, sometimes sincere people get caught in the net but usually it is criminals (I have doubts which one of the two you fall into). Most people here, including me, who are doing it the right way and for the right reasons don't want fraudsters in our country.
