your jumping to far ahead, slow down and do little more step by step, establish agent, then u can pay some money, send money proofs, pay 400, then send 230 but not the first step combined with the last or you can pay both monies at once but after agent is established

The IV Bill must be generated and paid before you can send your DS230 packet. So you cannot mail the DS230 before the IV Fee is paid. If you pay it online, it goes quickly.

Check out LingChe's short cut in the Wiki. It's very detailed and has a lot of very good information for getting through the NVC quickly.

Also, make sure that you read the thread on stupid RFEs. This may help you avoid common mistakes that generate an RFE. Congrats on your approval and good luck!
