hello VJ's more clarification,my husband have a 1 biological son and 1 adopted son in his ex-wife,do we need to write thier names in the form I-130 in lletter C information about your allien relative?even they are already 33 and 39 years old?

Any info are very welcome...

Yes, you still list them.

Yes,

You list them and during interview, if there is any question you must clarify them. Keep all adoption records, divorce papers, etc and you should be fine.

You list them and during interview, if there is any question you must clarify them. Keep all adoption records, divorce papers, etc and you should be fine.
