Guys please help... As I got my I-130 approved and dont know if I-129F was approved (Website hasnt been updated as yet and the email only stated I-130 Petition):

I am thinking of going IR1/CR1 route... Upon reading the thread on CR1, the following is the list of documents that are required for NVC - the gouide states "the NVC will send your relative a packet of forms that you and your relative must fill out before your relative can be given an interview date with a consulate abroad"

1. Completed and signed OF-169. (Who completes and signs it?)

2. Completed and signed Of-230 Part 1 and 2 forms. (Who completes and signs it?)

3. I-864 Affidavit of Support Form along with past 3 year U.S tax returns (or transcripts) and any other financial documents required.

4. A copy of intending immigrants biographic page of passport(s) including expiration date.

5. Original or certified "long" birth certificate. *

6. Marriage certificate. (if applicable) (Original??)

7. Divorce decree(s) certificate(s) (if applicable) (Certified copy???)

8. Police certificate(s)

My understanding is that I have to fillout and provide all of the above and send to NVC, am I correct?

What is DS-3032* (Choice of Agent form)? I don;t have an attorney.

Is there anything anyone can tell me that I have missed.

Thanks in advance.
