Yes, I do this too - but I did throw away all my paper when I left Canada, at x$ per sq foot, I figured it was cheaper to pack something else in my wrapper holder !

I had some paper I bought as far back as like 10 years ago when I got some huge great deal on it

Wow....pressure is starting to turn up. We leave on the 23rd for the 17 hour drive to Cochrane. I've wrapped the gifts I have and still need to get 5 more plus stocking stuffers. I, also, need to finish knitting the blanket I'm making for my daughter.

I've only got 11 days left !!!!!!!!!!!!

I am just not in the Christmas spirit this year. I keep trying and trying and I love Christmas soooo much but my husband is a grinch and its cramping my Christmas style yo.

my hubby usually lets me do what i want., not that he really has a choice ..lol.

he does like Christmas too.. he says the fun of Christmas is the days leading up to it.. the actual day is really not that great ...lol

ok so to make up for the Santa Claus parade fiasco, hubby did some searching and found this thing down in Newport beach called the Christmas Boat Parade.. it sounds really cool and we were thinking of going next weekend... but yesterday hubby had a dentist appointment and they scheduled him to get 2 wisdom teeth pulled out next Friday .. not sure now if hubby is going to be up to going... such great timing too, right before Christmas

Last night was Christmas Craft Night back home. I asked my brother to take his Mac over to my mom's so I could see what everyone was working on. I guess everyone had had a long week and decided not to craft anything, so we all just chatted over skpe. Chris took the laptop outside to show me all the snow that'####### Edmonton. I got to see my Maxi whose still waiting for me to get him over here. He's as fat as ever. I felt really reconnected.

Somehow, my husband's gift to his grandmother (a digital photo frame) became my task to archive all the old family photos for scanning and editing for this photo frame at the behest of my mother in law. "Its not like she's working ya know, I'd assume she has the time"

grandma just might get a wiener shot somewhere in the mix of the 300+ photos just because I'm feeling naughty and grinch-like today.

Depends on the size of the memory card, we bought a 2G so it should hold 550 or so. But there is no way I am loading that many on. Grandma Nedra will be dead before she's had a chance to view them all.

I just started editing them out and told Chris if his mom wants them all, then she is welcome to add the rest on her own. I just spend 5 hours and we've only done 65 photos. Our scanner is ancient and slow.

I'm in a better mood now, I came across some pretty darn cute photos in the ones she sent. So in the very least it will be nice that we have copies too of those.
