emailing DS3032?

my husband is in morocco, he downloaded, signed and faxed to me, i sent mail to nvc. If your husband is in iraq then i dont know because your going to need his income tax etc etc no these you mail with the attached sheets you get only after paying the money. THe money online wont show up until the agent is accepted, they send you instructions after each step but u can do ahead of time if your careful but still have to basically follow the step procedure

i have his ITR and everything , i just thought that NVC only accepts an original signature on I-864..

If you mail it, it means that you are pretty sure the DS-3032 HAS been created in their system right? How do you know that?

Or you are certain that BY THE TIME it gets in their hands, it will be created? If you use express mail, that could be a dangerous assumption, although I am absolutely positive that if you have a case no. assigned (which you have in order to create the bar code), they can surely update your info to reflect the fact that you want your spouse to be the agent..

For filling out you have to put the spouse's name TWICE, once where it says I APPOINT _________ and once where it says

"Name of the person who will act as your agent or attorney for receipt of mail" ?

ok i get it, im going to mail our choice of agent, it should get to nvc by monday, hopefully..

I see.. so you did NOT fax the Ds-3032... You just took like a photocopy of it (faxed) and MAILED it like normal. I assume you created your own barcode..

I DON'T think that's enough... at least after I read LINCHE NVC tutorial... I think you need to be sure that the DS-3032 has been created in the system first... Anyone correct me if I am wrong.

u guys are loosing me ha im kinda new at this also, the case number u can get over the phone, send the 3032, call to see if accepted, once accepted u will get instructions and money will show up online now. Pay the 70 online print the sheet send 864, give it few days let them get in the mail, pay the 400 print the sheet send the 230 your done. It does not have to be a barcode on the 3032 as i said i just printed a copy of my case number and pasted it in the blank square made for the barcode for the rest the barcode prints with the payment receipt. (THIS IS ONLY THE WAY I DID ALL THIS) AND IT WORKED

When the NVC receives your petition(s) they will automatically generate a case number. Aftewards, the rest of your infor will be manually entered into their system and the AOS Fee Bill & DS-3032 will be generated. Just because you have a case number does not mean that the AOS Fee Bill and DS-3032 have been generated. You have to continue to call each day to see when the paperwork is generated. Once the papers are generated then you can submit the DS-3032 but not until then. You can also call to see if one of the operators will give you the IIN which is necessary to pay the AOS Fee Bill but they probably will not. So send the DS-3032 while you are waiting to receive the IIN in the mail. If you wait for the IIN in the mail then NVC will have already accepted DS-3032 and entered the petitioner as the agent so you can pay the AOS and IV Fee Bills online at the same time or at least this workd if you overnight the DS-3032 after it is generated. You will then need to wait 2-3 business days until the payments are processed and show as PAID. Then you can submit the AOS and IV packets with cover sheets at the same time. The I-864 must have an original signiture and the DS-3032 is quicker if you mail it. The DS-3032 must be signed by the beneficiary not the petitioner and the petitioner should be declared as the agent. Hope this helps.

If the DS-3032 is sent separate from the cover sheet printed through the online payment system which generates a barcode then I would suggest generating a barcode for the DS-3032 online. See the tutorials.

again there seems to be different ways, i did not ever create a barcoade just pasted a printout of the case number and my payments i made at night by next morning they showed paid also in their instructions is says dont send until ask for (course i did also) but was always sure they had received one before sent the other, not together. Maybe that also works for some i dont know, i just know doing my way took a month. Hope fast for all

i havent receive a copy from NVC, i downloaded the forms here and im going to mail it to them now, is it ok if i download the choice of agent and send it to them??

You can always download and send things into them... but if it is just the DO3032, if you have a reciept number from the USCIS, then you can use that and ask at NVC if they got it-- my husband emailed it to them, and it took them a week to get back to him! Hope that helps! Happy Thanksgiving!

The NVC sent the Choice of Agent and Address (DS-3032) form to _____ and a courtesy copy of the DS-3032 form with the Affidavit of Support (I-864) processing fee bill to_________during the week of November 18, 2008. Once the DS-3032 form is received, the Immigrant Visa fee bill will be sent to the designated agent. When this fee payment is received and processed, the designated agent will be able to obtain the Application for Immigrant Visa (DS-230) form. The DS-230 form may also be downloaded from the above Web site.

Per the new requirements, the NVC now requires two passport size photographs. In addition to the requirements posted on the web address above please keep in mind when submitting photographs to the National Visa Center (NVC), the photos must have the name of the person in the photo printed on the back along with the case number associated with the person's photo.

When all the necessary forms and documents are received and reviewed, and an interview appointment date has been scheduled, the petition will be forwarded to the U.S. Embassy in Manila, Philippines.
