emailing DS3032?

i email our choice of agent using james shortcut yesterday, until now i didnt get any response..

what should i do?? how long do u usually get a response from nvc??

I got a response right away in the first try. Try again and see if it works..

My husband got a response 13 days after he sent the email. I think mailing the hard copy is much faster. By the time he received a response, the NVC had processed our Affidavit of Support and was reviewing the DS 230. If you have a signed copy of the DS230, I'd suggest mailing it in.

mail as soon as you can it works faster but the email will be accepted but it may take a week or two. If you can print the form (if you dont already have) get it signed up (fax and back) then send in the fax copy with the case number across the top that is fastest

You mean the ORIGINAL copy they send the beneficiary, or can we download from the website (send it to our spouses while waiting for case no.) and ask them to add in pen the case number, or perhaps they can wait until they receive their copy of the form (I believe it is sent to petitioner and beneficiary) and perhaps cut the bar code and paste it on the signed form we sent them?

u can do two ways, download from their end fill out and fax to u then when u have number u write and send or u can get the one fr your mail, fill, send fax to them to sign, fax back and send we only sent fax never used the one in the mail

i took a blank screen typed the case number enlarged the letter size to fit the square whre the case number goes, printed it out, cut, and glued in the spot worked perfect didnt have to be a bar code

i havent receive a copy from NVC, i downloaded the forms here and im going to mail it to them now, is it ok if i download the choice of agent and send it to them??

Oh so you FAXED it? Not mail nor email? Smart! Did they accept it OK? How were you able to verify that they had accepted it and entered in the system?

wait you mean we can fax the forms too, how about the I-864 can hubby fax it to me since he is in iraq, it would be easier for me to send it to NVC?? do they accept copies like that and not the original??

I think she means the DS3032 form ONLY, since they even accept email versions of it...

My understanding is that you still need the NII to be assigned and the DS-3032 to be created in the system, but don't quote me on that.

No idea how long it takes to have the DS-3032 created and what triggers that if it is not the case no. being assigned..

ok i get it, im going to mail our choice of agent, it should get to nvc by monday, hopefully..
