2009-01-22 ------Biometrics appointment recieved by mail

2009-02-11-------Biometrics Date (done smoothly)

2009-4-15 -------- EAD Approved

2009-4-24 -------- EAD Received by mail ( yyyeeeeessssss)

Your welcome JR, but i have a question for you it seems that you know a lot of this process, becuase i was denied for my K-3 and we appeal and we had a response thats why i got another appointment this coming Dec 10, 2008, therefore my petition will be switch to CR1/IR1 becuase we just got married for less than 2 years?
