question on the name on application

Hi,

I'm finishing up the paper for the green card. My wife is the USC and i'm the alien. now i have a question:

when my wife fills out the I-130, does she put her maiden name or my name? (we havent offically done the name change through SSA and DMV yet)

same for writting the name on the back of the pictures? (mine or her maiden?)

12/01/2008 - Sent Aos (I-130, I-485, I-765..)

12/03/2008 - package received

12/11/2008 - checks cashed

12/15/2008 - NAOs received dated 12/10/08

12/20/2008 - biometrics letter received dated 12/12/08

12/27/2008 - biometrics appointment @12:00pm----> Done.

02/02/2009 - NAO 2 received for initial interview dated 01/27/09

02/23/2009 - EAD received

03/11/2009 - Interview appointment @ 1030am----> Approved

03/16/2009 - Received welcome letter and e-mail from CRIS stating: Card production ordered

03/23/2009 - Received Green Card in the mail

Nevermind, i think i found my answer, I'll put her new name (mine).

12/01/2008 - Sent Aos (I-130, I-485, I-765..)

12/03/2008 - package received

12/11/2008 - checks cashed

12/15/2008 - NAOs received dated 12/10/08

12/20/2008 - biometrics letter received dated 12/12/08

12/27/2008 - biometrics appointment @12:00pm----> Done.
