My case(K1)for AOS was transferred to CSC

Hello vjr's!!

I've been wondering why my case was been transferred to cali service center since second week of september and until now we ain't got no new progress yet, what is happening?can you please enlighten me of what's going on with my case? From Chicago to CSC? i've already received my EAD card last week in mail..

Usually it means if your case is transferred to csc that you wont have to go through an interview and the approval will arrive in the post. However, they can transfer it back to your local office if they feel an interview is necessary.

AOS - Complete
EAD - Complete
AP - Complete
ROC - Complete

N400-Complete

I would say being transferred to CSC is a good thing. Many cases transferred there are approved without an interview. Claudeth didn't have an interview for AOS or lifting conditions. Hurah for CSC!

You may not see any updates until you receive the interview or welcome letter.

Naturalization

3/23/14 - N400 package sent to Phoenix

3/27/14 - N400 package delivered

4/3/14 - NOA1 receipt date

4/4/14 - check cashed

04/29/14 - biometrics date

07/01/14 - interview date

xx/xx/xx - Oath Ceremony
