Just wondering if any May filers who were transferred to CSC in earlyl November have been approved yet? I'm "sure" during this holiday week, CSC will be ramping up the approvals :wacko:

I am a May filler (5/22/08), I was transferred to CSC on Nov.6th. Not approval yet. Waiting.......... :whistle:

Has any early nov. transferred been approved as yet?

still waiting...i believe 3 have been approved so far from the November transfers.

Hi Guys:

I received my approval notice today! My I-130 transferred to CSC on Nov.6th has been approved on Nov.21st. The notice says that NVC will send information to my husband (the beneficiary) should we call the NVC to speed things up???

Ok...last update on the I-130 --- 12/12/2008 ---- My husband filed I-130 on April 15, 2008- was transferred from VSC to CSC on November 6, 2008. Husband called USCIS yesterday 12/12/2008 to complain outside normal processing time and request immediate action. That same day they made an update (12/12/2008). By the way, 6 months (processing time) is counted from the date you filed and not from the day of transfer. If your application is with the USCIS for more that 6 months, you would need to bring your case to their attention already. Thanks!

Whew! Finally I-130 was approved yesterday, December 16th. I am waiting for it on the mail. Time for me to send my AOS, EAD and AP applications and the letter of recommendation from the DOS. I got everything on hand and I'm moving on.... Merry Christmas to you all!
