Well, we got married in Vegas...so...they had it ready a couple of days later...but we were back in Cali by then. So, I had to mail away for it. Hopefully, we will get it next week. We are coming to look for more houses and are flying in on Fri...should get there by midnight. We gotta look for a hotel still.

We haven't received any new news on our AOS since they sent it on to CSC, not even anything about them getting the papers there. By now you would think we would have heard something. I think it's been well over a week since we got the letter stating they had sent it on to California.

Hmmm...I'm surprised that they haven't at least updated your status online... Hopefully you hear something soon!!

Yeah I thought it was weird too. Maybe they are just slow at getting out that sort of information? Who knows...

Have you heard anything else yet on yours? I know you just sent yours off, but I'm guessing you should be getting your biometrics appointment any day now.

Nothing new here...last touch by USCIS was Friday. I'm hoping that was them getting the biometrics letter sent out...your right, it should be arriving any day now!!!

My week isn't too bad....it's been nice weather wise so far although we're supposed to have rain all weekend...

I actually had a job interview yesterday for a middle school science temporary sub position. I'm very worried about it because if I got it, I'm supposed to be contacted very soon as the position starts Monday. So far nothing Between that, PMSing and worrying about RFEs I'm going out of my MIND!

It seems the weather is pretty nice up here today. Yesterday was freezing and that cold misty rain. Yet, this weekend is supposed to be in the 50s!

It's been in the upper 60's and low 70's so far this week with nice sunny skies. This weekend is supposed to be rain but that's ok...I want next week to be sunny and warm for my daughter's spring break so let the rain come this weekend and be gone before Monday!

LOL...yeah, I know it's really early but she goes to a very small private school and this is how they've always done it... And she is 7....or if you ask her...7 1/2...lol!

When was the last time you were in The Netherlands? I was there last June. Other than the airport, I've only been to Amsterdam once. -- Went to the Hard Rock Cafe, did the canal ride and picked up some dutch quilt fabric for my mom-- but that was years ago. I also went to The Hauge once.... did some major shopping damage with Mark's friend's girlfriend We mostly stick to Zwolle and that area where he lives.

If you're in the area with your daughter in tow, the Burgers Zoo in Arnhem is beautiful! I bet she'd love it... I do

I've only been to NL once and it was only for 2 days....I was in the UK spending a week and hopped over for the weekend...that was the first time Pat and I met in person..hehe! We didn't go anywhere other than the airport, the shopping center for groceries and his apartment...lol! We are hoping to go there during the summer of 2011 and spend a couple of weeks. I used to live in Germany and want to take my daughter to some of the areas I lived in plus a few other countries while we are there!

Peet - Sorry to hear about the RFE....I hope its something minor and is fixed quickly!!
