Morning all! Just stopping in to let you know Patrick made it home safe and sound! His flight got in a little late but he said he only waited about 10 mins to get through the line to a customs office and then he was directed to the immigration section and was there about 30 mins. He said the people were super nice and it was all really easy!!

Denise - Good luck tomorrow!!!! I'm sure it will all be quick and easy for you!! Let us know how it goes!!!!

I had tons of evidence, pictures, etc. They didn't even ask for it. lol

Thanks Anna! Wedding is coming along very well, not too much left to do thankfully! And yes, two of Pat's friends are flying over to Las Vegas first and then here for the wedding!! I can't wait to meet them!!

During interview for affidavit of support, should i also hold original pay stubs, original w2 documents and so on? My fiance sent me only notarized photocopies.

I would think that that is ok, I only had copies and that was enough.

I was wondering how long it took for ya guys that got the visa to recieve it in the mail? I've gave them a postage stamp of 7 euro. and I got a little note with a code so I can track it online, but the website says they didn't recieve that package to send.

So I pressume they haven't send it to the postoffice yet.. so... how long? :rolleyes:

The consulate didn't really ask us for anything. They did say that the fact that I was there too only proves beyond anything we could give them, that we have a authentic relationship. As far as questions we were asked...there were about 4 or 5...all asked to ME....the USC. lol. I was asked where I live, how many kids I have and their names, where I worked and stuff like that. It went smoothly and he received his visa in abou 3-4 days.
