Haha, we're still around! Johnny isn't much of a forum person I suppose, so he never really posts.

Everything is going fine, I've actually been over here visiting him for the past three weeks, but sadly I leave to go back home tomorrow morning. Needless to say we're both sad, I hate leaving, I almost think it's worse than the waiting! Anyway, no word on our visa yet really, we're still waiting on our NOA2. We're hoping for it within the next few weeks, but with the government you never know. I've noticed how some visas are being processed within four months, and others as long as 8 or 9. Crazy!

Anyway, how are things going with you?

Wish you and Johnny strength for tomorrow! I know how hard that is! I am always crying like crazy! ;-) before i have to leave!

1 time i had to leave and cried and got first class flight! From Chicago to the Netherlands! But now i am behaving and not crying to bad anymore!

I am so sorry that you are waiting and waiting, i am the same! Its hard to deal with the government and its a pain that work visa are taking our time at USCIS!

Thanks for the best wishes! I ALWAYS cry, it's pretty much inevitable with me. I feel bad for the person that has to sit beside me on the plane haha! They always ask if I'm okay and offer me tissues!

First class must have been nice, wish my tears could persuade the flight attendants to put me in first class! haha

Well, we've only been waiting on the visa since March, but we have been separated by an ocean since October of 2007. We take trips and see each other of course, but it's still hard and obviously not enough. I'll be glad when we're finally able to be together forever, no more separation and tears to worry about. =]

Lindsey, yes i know they all asked me if i was okay! LOL! But that time was really bad, the first time i had to leave him not knowing when i would see him, and maybe a deployment etc. so that time could be the last time for a long time but it turned out good, no deployment yet!

Yes that first class was great but i had no idea what happened to me, they said i had to wait, they came back with another boardingpass for me and i asked the stewardess where it was and she said there...i came there and wow it was first class!

I got teased with this so much!

We started in April with our I-130.

I am from Zeeland. Another dialect as Friesland! Can you understand/speak Fries? ;-)

My husband is born in New Jersey they moved to Wisconsin and since he is in the USMC he is living where they send him, so right now California.

Naw...he doesn't speak Fries, he isn't a Frieslander...lol...he lives in a little town called Franeker in Friesland, but he is from...um...damn...forgot the name of the city..oos...um...nm...can't remember. He mostly grew up in Hoorn though I think.

The best is to learn a language when you are very young, little children learn so fast!
