:dance::dance: Wowowow guess what?!?! The consulate called me this morning and had a question about my J1 visa i had in 2006, so i explained that i had a waiver for that and that i could bring it to the interview, she wrote down the receiptnumber and date and said....ill schedule an interview for you MID APRIL!!!! The letter will be send today or monday to me! And then ill also get medical information to set up a date for that interview! woohooo!! I cant believe im this close! Hope it all goes ok and smooth! :dance::dance:

How is it possible, getting such good news on FRIDAY THE 13TH :wacko:

Peet we were around spot 230 on Igors list when we got approved..maybe that helps you a bit... :thumbs:

Before you know it the two of you are together now ^_^

We are at 311 right now, yesterday it was something around 317?

Nothing much happened the beginning of the week but yesterday it started moving again.

Hope it will be again today.

I know the list doesn't say much, but seeing it move encourages.

Ours was like that too Peet...we stayed at 382-383 for most of the week...we're at 379 right now. My estimated date keeps jumping up too!! Were between June 23rd and July 5th now!

There we go..started a new work week!

Paul - I till ill go to the USA half way through May...end May...depends a little on my work here cuz they are looking for somebody new, and depends on the wedding reception places where theres place available. But yup itll be in May!!! yay!!

Liz - How nice you went shopping for that!! Im sure u had alot of fun! All means future w/ Pat is coming closer;)

Peet - Hopefully this week you hear you got approved :thumbs: haha!

Not quite, Peet, as Marieke is already at home!:D

But yes, only a month and a half until I get to go home, pending the interview outcome. I'm not a negative person, but just have a little thing I have always done for important things I work on:

I never say out loud I will win/make it/beat it/etc as I am superstitious that it then won't happen, but I'm usually quietly confident that I can/will. Like now, I know I have nothing to hide and have a genuine relationship with a USC, so I know I will probably be just fine...but I am not going to say it out loud ha! It's like people knocking on wood, I guess!

I have had a little snag as I got a letter saying they hadn't received my RFE documents, but my main interview letter states everything is in order, so it's been an anxious weekend (They sent it late Saturday night my time) as I can only find out by phoning NVC in 30 minutes time! Arrgh.

- OUR TIMELINE -

04/25/08 - sent I-130 to Chicago lockbox

05/05/08 - received NOA1, assigned to VSC

11/07/08 - transferred to CSC

12/16/08 - NOA2 by email - I-130 approved

12/20/08 - NOA2 in mail - 240 days

Wow nice pic!

No i havent gotten any mail yet...argghh!! Hoping it will be today cuz im SO curious!

They sent stuff back, the digital set...so if u guys ever get packet 3..then you just can fill it in with a pen, i used a black one. And they kept that set so there you go.

But they sent the stuff back to my work address so I emailed that they better send it to my home otherwise might get lost between the work mail here:( Also asked yesterday in that email if they sent me packet 4...but no email back yet.
