yeah, that's more like European style icing. On the odd occasion I have made fairy cakes (what we call cupcakes), any icing would be 1/3 real butter, 2/3 icing sugar and then some flavor like vanilla extract, coconut powder (ground), cocoa powder, lemon drizzle, etc, etc.

I'm not your typical man, I have a passion for cooking, so I'll let you know if I find any decent recipes! Mainly because I then get to eat good food, but that's besides the point hehe.

I know!!! I'm totally excited because we're an early november filer!! Send the stuff oct 28 and our NOA1 date is November 4th! Speed up Vermont! Saw like 13 K1 approvals in 2 days!! :thumbs:

Still cant view my case online at the USCIS site, right now I gave up on that one:(

NOA2 approval - February 25th, 2009

April 1, 2009 - Medical Examination + X-Ray!

April 16, 2009 - Interview at the Amsterdam Consulate!! Approved!

May 22, 2009 - Entry through Newark Liberty Airport

July 31, 2009 - Wedding!! GREAT DAY!!

August 4th, 2009 - Applied for AOS, AP and Employment

August 12, 2009 - NOA's for all 3 applications

September 10, 2009 - AP Approved!!

September 11, 2009 - AOS case transfered to CSC??

Ok...I'm like totally bouncing off the walls here...I just checked our timeline and found this:

Based on timeline data, your I129f may be adjudicated between June 30, 2009 and July 13, 2009*.

Yesterday it said between July 15 and July 25!!!!! :blink:

i jsut returned to my office. A therapist was using it, so he kicked me out for the day. Went to Wal-Mart to get some candy for my desk and lunch. Last night went to the Mardi Gras parade. It was fun. We live in downtown so its all happening under our window. Thats a nice experience. I'll be sure to post on my blog the stories of the weekend and some pics. Hows everyone's day?

My day has been like usual...all my work is done in the morning and i sit bored the rest of the day...LOL!

Shouldn't be on here, should be in bed, but hey, can't sleep anyway.

Have no clue what is wrong with me these days, but I am totally hyper.

Am trying to take care of lose ends when I have the time. I will take a big step back in my volunteer work next weekend. So I can concentrate on other things, but it brought a lot of extra work.

I have, finally decided on the crates for the dogs to fly over.

There is so much conflicting info on how big the crate must be that if I were to do it according to KLM standards, the crates would be huge and actually even a bit dangerous because they would be way to wide.

My dogs are tall but very slim. that made it difficult.

The rules on vaccinations are very clear, nothing hard about that, it is more dealing with the rules of the airlines that make it hard.

Several don't fly big dogs, others don't fly them all year...

Once we have the visa's, than we can look for a flight that will allow us to take the dogs also.

You guys are making me pretty hungry with all that food :rolleyes:
