Haha yes true.. I was graduating from university during the K1 proces so I was super busy, and now it's just frustrating because since I got here everything went wrong, from the social security card application to documents that got lost in the mail. And I have a pending job offer :clock: but I have to be patient hahaha..

Wow so you have some big plans, buying a house.. maybe moving to a different state. Yes I really like it here.. We lived on an Air force base in SC from May-September, and now we're living in an apartment in the city, but we're also saving to buy a house, so it's getting better and better. I love Oregon, even though it rains a lot, but it's so beautiful! How did you meet people/got a social life, when you moved here?

haha yeah be patient! We sure do have big plans and I'm excited building our lives together and grow with each other :). My husband helped me a lot with meeting new people, his friends are my friends now too. So that's that lol. My husband is my best friend and working helps you with meeting new people too and get a social life. I'm glad you love Oregon! Hope for the best for you and your husband and life will get better every time!

Speaking of drop, I think we will have to find a new place to order our Dutch supplies. We have been using one website, as it has nearly everything that my hubby wants. However, we were really unhappy with our last transaction and they are not even responding to email now.

So, any suggestions from anyone on where to import some goodies from the Netherlands?

So im superlate finding this post. I hope not to late, we filed on januarie 30 and are expecting our nao2 any week now. I am Femke from Almere. And David is from Georgia A US/Philephino.

really nice to see more dutch american couples. sometimes i feel a bit lonely in the US, We really are a culture of our own. I mis the blunt honesty, were you can just say no if you dont want or like something. and you can say sex withouth people dropping there shopping baggs and jaws on the ground in the supermarked :P

Also I would to like to know where i can find dutch suplies and just wondering have any of you met anyone in the us that likes drop?
