It's so quiet here!

I have some good news to share! Last tuesday I had an ultrasound and was told they were about 90% sure we are expecting another BOY! August 3rd I will have another ultrasound and we will see for sure.

The other good news is that I recieved a letter from USCIS today saying my Removal of conditions was approved on June 10! YAY!

It's so quiet here!

Congratualtions! It shouldn't be to long until you receive your greencard, although I still thought that 3/4 weeks was a long time for regular mail.....

Thanks! We'll see when it comes in the mail. Since I am not able to celebrate with my husband :( ,next week I am going to celebrate the good news with my friend in Kansas. I'll fly on wednesday and stay for a week. I'm a bit nervous about the new airport here. Nobody really knows anything about it and I can't find any info online either. I want to know where the parking is and how much it is to park for a week.

I'M GOING CRAZY HERE! OVER A MONTH AND NO INTERVIEW DATE YET! :(

On Friday Mark called to ask what was up and they said they had just finished the backlog.... but as far as I'm concerned we ARE the backlog.

Other then that, the weekend was pretty good. Saw Toy Story 3 and it was AMAZING. Father's Day BBQ with family on Sunday, that was nice. I ate myself stupid which I enjoy to do time to time.....

How about you? Have a nice weekend?

WOW..that must have been one heck of a backlog!! I hope you hear something VERY soon now!!

I had my parents down and BBQ'd for Pat and my Dad for Father's Day...it turned out really nice! Later that night after my daughter got back from her dad's house, we watched Avatar....I hadn't been sure I'd like it but in the end I really did!

Hi everyone else......did you all have a good weekend??

Had a great weekend, no fathers day celebration though. My son is in Europe for the summer.

But Jack and I went to a lavender festival, out for dinner and a play on Saturday. Yesterday we had a lazy day, just a visit to the bookstore. We can spend hours there :blush:

I actually did here something yesterday. Fortunately, Mark was persistent and called on Monday to bug then again... and they had news! Apparently, "Something happened to make 2 of the forms illegible." Something happened.... as in... someone set their drink down on it? I'm not sure. Rain? most likely.... but I'm going to go with someone spilled their drink. Mark's all happy that "YAY, we heard something" but I'm more like, "Yeah... we could have had a date today...." Classic case of optimist meets pessimist :P

Mark's sending off another of the forms today. Waiting again.... I'm so flustered.

No news here either Liz, we are still waiting as well. I think the California Service Center has decided to take a permanent vacation from their jobs. However, Johnny looked online a while back, and it said they touched our case towards the end of May -probably just to move it to another pile where it will sit there forever. :bonk:
