To those who already had their interview at USEM Manila, please help me with this:

I was able to download the ds 156, 156K and 157 @ www.travel.state.gov. I got few inquiries:

1. DS156 form expires 09-30-2007 and DS157 expires 09-30-2008. Will it be ok with USEM to submit these forms

or is there a way I could get an updated forms?

2. What size of bond paper will I use when I print all the forms. Is it short or long bond paper?

3. I am answering via computer all the forms. When I reached ds157 question no. 12: "list your last 2

employers", however, the space is not enough to type the data in a complete manner. Will it be ok if I just

use an acronym?. Same thing with the "Date of Employment", I can't be able to type the date I was

hired and the date I have resigned because the ds157 only accepts a certain format which is mm/dd/yyy. This is

also the same problem I have encountered in question no. 17: "list all educational instituions you attended or have

attended"

Your input will give so much help to me. Many thanks in advance. God bless :goofy:

God bless to everybody :)
