I see it's required to provide front and back copy of the U.S. citizen's birth certificate, but I'm wondering why the copy of the back? Its blank! So I'm just supposed to make a copy of the blank back and place behind the front copy?

Thank you.

For the I-130 application, it says it in the guide...

4. Copy of the full Birth certificate (front and back) for the US Citizen...

Then since mine is blank I only need to provide the copy of the front right? Sorry if it's a dumb question but i dont want an RFE.

Thank you for your help.

If it will make you sleep better at night - copy the back and hand-write (Back of Birth Certificate) on it and attach it to the copy of the front.
