We are applying for AOS now ..which we are late doing expiration is Dec 2 2008

from the AOS guide posted here it states

If you are a K-1 fiancé(e) who had a medical examination within the past year as required for the non-immigrant fiancé(e) visa, you only need to submit a vaccination supplement (I-693A), not the entire medical report. You may include the vaccination supplement with your adjustment of status application.)

So from what i understand that she had her medical examination before she came here but no vaccination was given

so she only requires form I-693A ..correct ?

So what happen to her medical folder when she entered in her POE does USCIS knows what was completed ?

AOS guiides is wrong. Can't use the I-693a anymore. You use the I-693. And it's required. Take the DS 3025 to a USCIS designated civil surgeon and he'll transfer the record to a I-693 in a sealed envelope to submit with your I-485.

K1 denied, K3/K4, CR-1/CR-2, AOS, ROC, Adoption, US citizenship and dual citizenship

Few things have changed for the medical exam.. your local civil should know what the new requirements are.. we had to have a few more shots and a TB skin test and a new chest x-ray since the TB skin test showed positive... cost us about $200 total..

Its all for LOVE..
