Yup I think you can go get your medical examination now at Saint Lukes extension clinic. They don't require any appointments anymore. Its first come first served now. My husband had his medical examination there 3 weeks ago and he went there at 430am. He was already number 12 and the clinic wasn't even open yet. Then he said at around 7am there were soooooo many people. Good luck! Make sure you should the letter with your case number on it.

Hello again. Oh, we filed via DCF so we didn't have to go through the NVC. But my sister's fiance (now husband) didn't go for his medical exam until they completed the NVC process.

I used my NVC letter for my medical exam. Don't wait for the USEM letter if you want your visa process to take place even faster.

Here's my post about my medical experience:

There are less people in the afternoon at st.lukes. You wont be lining up..it was a bit faster than those who came very early in the morning. No pressure.

God bless you!!!

Eternally destined,

Angel&Saint
