07/21/11 filed AOS off tourist visa

07/28/11 USCIS cashed check

07/30/11 Recieved NOA1 and Biometrics letter

08/24/2011 Biometrics

08/25/2011 RFE sent to us for some info we've already sent in

08/30/2011 sent in the rest of info USCIS asked for

09/13/2011 went to congressman's office to sign papers for expedite of work permit, due to financial hardship

09/15/2011 Work permit expedite approved!! He can finally find a job!

09/24/2011 work permit arrives

09/26/2011 Apply for social security number!

09/30/2011 Letter is sent for interview

11/07/2011 INTERVIEW!!!

Its 2012 and still no approval! Still waiting

01/27/2012 Letter sent stating that file was sent on for more review :(

- 07/10/2009: Received all 3 NOA1s

- 07/14/2009: Received biometrics appt.

- 07/29/2009: Case transferred to CSC

- 08/01/2009: Advanced Parole Documents Issued

- 08/06/2009: Biometrics appointment completed

- 08/11/2009: EAD issued (received 8/14)

- 11/12/2009: AOS approved

- 11/20/2009: Green Card in hand!

Hello Everyone.... I want to thank you all :luv: ... This is a nice surprise posting :blush: I am back from MIA - :luv: I am so SO HAPPY!!! Words can't say enough the emotions I went through when I saw him at the airport!! I started to cry!!! After not seeing each other for almost 2 years, it's like getting to know each other all over again... We are SO SO HAPPY!!! We are so excited about being together again...He is adjusting, but life is good once again :D I am back at work now and I am missing him!!

The funny thing is that Tammy you were right, as soon as we saw each other it was like the last 2 years didn't even Exist... We started where we left off last time we saw each other :luv: So I had something to be thankful for!!! My Habibi is Home finally after all we been through!!!

Oh you nerd you had me worried!!! Lol...im like oh no bad POE experience??? so traumatized she cant speak! laptop explosion?!?!! heloooooo!Hey ya the years all get erased just at the moment you see him, I really know the feeling. So take him out and go explore the city all over again! Enjoy your time. You and I sent our petitions 2 weeks apart and we are rejoined about 2 weeks apart. I know that we have waited a long time, its not a 2007 story for us, but a 2006 story. I truly pray that God will help us do our best to keep the love alive for as long as we are alive.

Sending prayers to everyone, and may God bring everyone who is waiting together with their loved ones.
