Does anyone know if the original I-797 (NoA) forms are required for the interview? Or can I send him copies?

Also, do I have to fill out another biographical information form? I know my fiance does, which seems weird since they should already have all that information.

Does anyone know the best way to get questions answered about a specific consulate? My fiance lives in Madrid and I called the number for visa questions for U.S. citizens, and they couldn't help me. NVC couldn't help me because they don't know about specific consulates. Does anyone have the answer? My biggest question is if Madrid's consulate requires 3 years of my federal tax returns or just one year. I know this can vary depending on the consulate, so I need to talk to someone who knows about Spain.

THANK YOU for your help.

You only fill out another G-325A for adjusting status later on however you will both need to do an updated Letter of Intent. The embassy website should be able to tell you what documents are required for interview

Also there is more information about consulates at the 'Embassy Info' at the top of the page.

An update of the letter of intent is a consulate by consulate thing... it does not harm you but it may not be a requirement. When you get the information packet from the Madrid consulate after your petition approval, it will tell you exactly what is required for documentation.
