Called the USCIS today and I was at first caught off guard! Someone picked up the phone. Shocked  COMPLETELY out of my underwear. However I quickly got over my shell shocked supprised and immediately inquire about my supposedly pending case. First of all I know this is not a revelation to most, and certainly something unexpected. But the call had an S.O.S (Same OLD .....well you get it!) M.O. routine its like I can hear the papers shuffle as she read the scripted response. Tried to tugged at the person heart string by sounding concerned and a little disperate, hah! Didn't work! I asked is there something else you can say beside what everyone knows! Well she was nice when she said..............NO!

Sorry folks, but they are sticking by what is quoted on the site. That I130 are backed worked Feb2008, and I29F Feb2008. So in other words we know what they know and from them sticking to their story they know nothing else............... Hum.........That doesn't sound to promising!

Doing some not so fun research I found not many if any have been approve for there K3 Visa's from any service center since March of this year. K1's are looking like for the most part on the fast track movings as quick to POE 6 to 8 months or little more. Although it was our choice, that my spouse and I made together. We thought it was the least we could do for her family since she will be living far away. To see her family enjoy her wedding is rewarding. But to leave and live seperate for an unspecified lenght of time, in anthor country, presently is just cruel punishment . Right now I planning to visit the orient again for almost a month, and its my 4 visit in less then a year.

But quedo's (hope I spelled that right) to my wife, wow such a stronge woman. It was the first time in over a year since I ever seen her cry when I told her of the new perdiction. I even told her "I have never seen you cry"! It was always me shedding a little tear when I leave her. But with tears in her eyes she replied; "cause I want to be strong for you. That you don't worry unnessecarily". She always say's "I understand you and I always want to be there and strong and ready to comfort you". That emotionally blew me away for a second. (almost she a tear myself) And emotionally I replied; "Road Trip!". More like plane trip.

To those who recieving NOA2's, and interviews congrats. To all my K3 protetioners watching the mailbox or that voice alert on your email, stay stronge as most or all of you are continue the sharing the love.

-Later

---Oh yeah my figuring are a round about calulation. I viewed the NSCIS sight figured out the days people filed and see who were approved. Also doing searches and k-1/ K-3 visa's on visajourney helped also.-------------If anyone says your calculations are wronge, don't hestitate to let a "Brother" know. This is difinitely one time, for the better, I really, really really, want to be incorrected.

The USCIS site seems to actually assume that all Americans are really ignorant people who will believe anything as long as it is repeated often enough.Being busy or receving many petitions does not make you go backwards, unless of course you lied to us the last time. It isn't any wonder the American work ethic has taken a nosedive. Look at the example we have to follow.

Ineptitude is everywhere and USCIS pulls from the same pool of employable people that all of have to suffer with. Stay on top of things, when you call and get an answer, and it is a card shuffling part timer, hang up and call back. as to speak with an officer.

That came to me from an officer at the service center. He also told me about the part time college kids who know nothing except what is on the website. Dont waste time with these idiots. It is an exercise in futility.

Good luck all.If the K-3 process date as of September 30 is May, then maybe when the site is really up to date, December should bring us three months closer.

Heres hoping
