05/26/05: Sent I-485/I-130 & I-765 to Chicago lockbox.

05/27/05: Paperwork received by Douglas!

06/17/05: Check hit bank account.

06/20/05: All 3 NOA's rec'vd! TG!

08/02/05: Biometrics , New Orleans. Pretty uneventful.

08/09/05: EAD Approved!

07/12/06: ......still.........waiting.........

09/26/06: Case Status says interview has been canceled............What interview????

10/23/06: Interview finally scheduled for 12/14/06.

12/14/06: AOS approval pending renewal of Biometrics....Waiting on appt. for ASC!

Will this ever end????

01/17/07: Biometrics scheduled.

02/03/07: Everything complete at our end! Apparently my case file is under somebodys wobbly table leg.

02/27/07: Approval notice finally received by e-mail.....only 641 days!! 1 yr 9 mths!

Mar 15/11 - text, email, and notice sent - biometrics booked

April 12/11 - biometrics done - I start studying

May - get the letter

June 27 - Interview and oath ceremony - same day

Lifting Conditions

Feb 5/08 - Sent paperwork by USPS - priority

Feb 14/08 - NOA issued

Feb 28/08 - Biometrics letter received for The Bronx Office - have to reschedule

Mar 22/08 - Biometrics rescheduled - LOVE the Saturday appointment!

Feb ?/09 - done!

4 hours til his plane takes off from Birmingham, England!!!

I can't freaking sleep to save my life!! lol

I am too EXCITED! lol

I can't put into words how much I love that man....

I have waited for this soooo long!!! It's been a long hard road the past 3 years...

And by my calculations, if the flight was on time, he landed 20 minutes ago........

I just wanted to let everyone know that we are HOME and we got in yesterday afternoon sometime...

The snow storm was hell driving to go pick him up and I freaked at the airport cuz all the flight was being cancelled and Paul's flight never showed up on the board so I finally went to a ticket counter and talked to a nice lady that called Newark, NJ for me to ask what was going on ...the flight had departed a hour late, but it was in route! :D

Ne ways, we didnt drive home friday nite not only cuz of the snow storm, but we had already made plans to drive on down to Tunica, MS to stay at the Fitzgerald's Irish Casino/Castle Resort! LOL

Everything is wonderul and good...and now just one final countdown left..THE WEDDING!!!

Thanks to everyone that was thinking of us this weekend...it means alot to me! *hugs*

10 year GC Approved - APRIL 16th ,2009 - Peggy and Jonathan's......

Still waiting for our cards...Had to file I-90 as they sent them to the wrong address.

March 9th, 2010, Received GC that has been lost in the mail for 10 months. Still waiting for my son's that is lost as well.

Filed Waiver for my son's 10 year GC and it was approved. He finally received his GC after its been missing for 2 years.

Thanking God this is over for 10 years.

Filed I-129f March 23, 2005

receipt date April 7, 2005

Approved july 5, 2005

Recieved packet from london July 15th, 2005

Finally mailed packet 3 Aug 5th, 2005

Medical appointment Aug. 13th, 2005

Interview date Sep. 2, 2005 Approved!!

Visa in hand sep. 3, 2005
