when will i get green card and after how long i can call to my parent to usa

hi everyone,

i have arrived to usa 2 weeks ago, i got my ssn. now i m waiting for my GC. can anybody tell me after poe entry how long it take that GC arrived at home. and my secoond question is , after getting GC , is it possible immediatly i can call to my parent here. pls guide me..

You should get your greencard within 60 days. As for bringing your parents here you can not do that until you have become a citizen. so the earliest you could file for citizenship will be 3 years from now and then it would take anothe 9 - 12 months for your parents to get a visa to come here to live.

After Citizenship is granted, the parents can be filed for but unlike a spouse, they'll have to wait years for a visa to become available. I would be thinking in terms of around ten years from now to visa for parents, maybe 12 to 15 years.

You maybe want to double check your information. Parents of a US Citizen are classed as immediate relatives and do not have to wait for a visa to become available. The process for a IR5 visa is almost the same as for a IR1 visa. so will only take about 8 -12 months to obtain.
