So I get my SSN last week and go in today to get my DL and they tell me that my A# is not showing up! So they have to run the 1st SAVE verification!

I HAVE MY SSN! Am I correct in thinking that if I get my SSN that it has already been verified by SAVE?

Anyone else experience this or is this something new?

I am about fed up with USCIS!

This happen to me before. I even have my GC already and when we went to DMV in gainesville they gave me a form to call USCIS since my name is not in SAVE yet. Anyway calling USCIS costumer service is a waste of time so we decided to have info pass in Atlanta. They check my status in their system and ask for my my GC and marriage certificate. Then we went back to DMV after a week from the info pass.

Hope this will help.

Oh Wow! Well to be honest I just cannot handle another Infopass apointment. She gave me a letter stating that they are running the Additional Verification and to come back in 5 business days.

Another interesting thing she suggested was to send in a Privacy Act Request to Lee's summit which will basically give me ALL the immigration records that USCIS has on me! I guess its a right I now have!

She did mention it was odd as I have had my EAD for a month now! Well we will see what happens next week when I go back.
