I want a shisha thing wicked bad! Everytime we go to the Arab store I look at it and nudge hubby but always get a big fat NO! He HATES when women smoke but I think it would be sooo cool to sit out on the back porch in the spring/summer lighting up the hooka!!!

Thursday for our 'msn chat date' I will serve him a traditional Thanksgiving dinner one pic at a time. I started a folder and putting in it pictures of the most colorful salads, a golden brown turkey with stuffing hanging out the birds butt. I will 'serve' him one course at a time and in this way we will share our first Thanksgiving together. It's not perfect but its all we have at the moment. (sure hope he don't expect me to cook a dinner like this next year..lol)

maybe throw in a few photos of turkey dogs and tater tots so he'll be prepared? :lol:

Bridget I have a hookah and would love to smoke some shisha, but Simo hates it. I got it before we met. I remember sitting on the porch with my mom and sister smoking and my mom said "the neighbors are going to think your smoking pot"...lmao.

07/30/11 Recieved NOA1 and Biometrics letter

08/24/2011 Biometrics

08/25/2011 RFE sent to us for some info we've already sent in

08/30/2011 sent in the rest of info USCIS asked for

09/13/2011 went to congressman's office to sign papers for expedite of work permit, due to financial hardship

09/15/2011 Work permit expedite approved!! He can finally find a job!

09/24/2011 work permit arrives

09/26/2011 Apply for social security number!

09/30/2011 Letter is sent for interview

11/07/2011 INTERVIEW!!!

Its 2012 and still no approval! Still waiting

01/27/2012 Letter sent stating that file was sent on for more review :(

Seeing these pics and hearing your ideas to show your husbands thanksgiving, reminds me when I bought our now home. I took pictures of everything to show my hubby what he could expect. He loved it. :wub:
