USCIS Vermont Service Center

75 Lower Welden Street

St.Albans, VT 05479-0001

Dear Mr. Novak:

I am writing to you regarding my I-130 Petition, receipt number ________. I filed the I-130 petition for my husband to join me in the U.S. I filed my petition in December of 2007. Vermont received it December 30, 2007 I got the first Notice of Action on February 21,2008. Since I received that first Notice of Action I have not heard any update on my case since then.

I have called USCIS and I get the same answers that the I-797C tells me. I have schedule info passes and checked the website. I don't where I can go to have this matter resolved, so I turn to you. Sir It has been 9 months since my case has been touched and it has been almost 1 year since Vermont Service Center has had my case. I understand that at the Vermont Service Center our cases are numbers, however this is my life and part of my heart, my family is in another country.

I would really appreciate it if you would find out what has happened to my petition and why it has taken so long for my case to be completed. I also filed a I-129f receipt number ____________ I would like to know how that is coming along also.

I look forward to getting a answer from you very soon regarding my petition. My number is ___________, you can also reach me at_____________.

Sincerely,

Mrs. Walker,

I contacted three politicians (2 state & 1 local). Within one day, Senator Isakson sent an acknowledgement letter. After a week, I had an interview date. I think you are in Florida. Click on the link for more information. If you need any additional help, please PM me. The K-3 process should take no more than a year. Good luck!

Mrs. Scott

P.S I also was looking at My I-130 Petition and I saw that my husband's birth date was not on it. His birth date is___________. I also changed y phone number since then, the new number is____________, and _____________.
